Where to Begin
You can download the mobile app from your cell phone’s app store, or go to www.myfscu.mobi on your cell phone’s web browser. The app is supported by Android, iPhone and Blackberry. To find the app, go to your phone’s app store and search for Family Security.

SMS Text Messaging
If you would like to receive account information using the SMS Text Messaging option, go to SMS Registration located in the Family Security mobile app menu. You will be guided step-by-step during the setup. At the end of the setup process you will receive confirmation that your phone is registered. After confirmation, you will receive a short message code and a list of commands that can be used to retrieve account information.
Security On Your Cell Phone
Good security starts with you. It includes ensuring that no one has access to your phone without your permission. It means never storing important information on your cell phone such as login information or passwords.
To be an FSCU Mobile user, you must be signed-up for FSCU@HOME. If signing up for SMS Text Messaging, ensure that your mobile contract contains a "text" plan. Texting is usually an additional service you will need to purchase through your cell phone provider. SMS Text Messaging may not be compatible with some cell phone providers.
