To file a debit card dispute, complete, sign and return the Debit Cardholder Dispute Notification to a Family Security Credit Union branch location. You may also fax it to (256) 340-2024 or mail it to the address below.

Stop Payment Order

To stop payment on ACH debits or lost/stolen checks, complete, sign and return the Stop Payment Order and Indemnity Agreement to a Family Security Credit Union branch location. You may also fax it to (256) 340-2024. Upon receipt and processing of the Stop Payment Order a $27 fee will be assessed.

Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit (ACH)

To dispute an unauthorized ACH debit transaction on your account, complete, sign and return the Written Statement of Unauthorized Debit (ACH) form to a Family Security Credit Union branch location. You may also fax it to (256) 340-2024 or mail it to the address below.
